I've probably tried every 'known' recommended solution possible.

This includes uninstalling my printer, deleting all files in the Windows temp folder, restarting my computer, downloading the new driver from HP which supposedly supports windows 10, running the HP Print and Scan doctor program I restart my computer and try to scan, but it still does not work.

I've repeated these instructions at least 20 times. I've tried disabling my firewall. This does not work either. I've tried these steps by both trying to install the printer as Wireless, and as a direct USB connection.
